Who are we?

We are a family off 5 living in the beautiful valley of Lier, Norway. We have been involved with Alaskan Malamute since 1988, when we purchaged "Niki" from Kennel Najanin. New in the breed and too careful we manage to spoil Niki. She never became a top sledding dog but she loved to be inside and became a perfect family dog. We have been privilaged to have her 13,5 years with us and is still in our minds.

We are not breeding often but our goals are a sound, typy dog which has a good working attitude. Since we purchaged Xsassy from kennel Black Lotus in Danmark we have close cooperation with kennel Black Lotus & kennel Night trail in Sweden.

Pia original from Holland. Former district nurse spesialised in terminal care, now full time farmer.

Her interests are many-sidet. Oudside life like cycling. skiing, mountain walks etc. Handcrafts like quilting, painting, woodcarving, ceramics, embrodery. Genealogy, history, mythology and spirituality. All aspects from computers, homepages, and games.

Beside Alaskan Malamute we breed pure bred Lipizzan horses.

Pia is responseble for the contacts, the paperwork, the dog/puppy care, showing and the homepage.

Ole Herman is geolog and works as consulent in the oil industry beside the work on the farm.

He is responseble for the training off the dogs. His hobby's are mainly outside life, and he love to make long and hard mountain walks, cycling or skiing trips.

He prefer to take the dogs on a hard mountain trip instead of competition in a race.
